At Brewed & Hooked, every item is made just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Made-To-Order Policy
All merchandise is print-on-demand and produced specifically for each customer. For that reason:
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
- We do not offer size exchanges.
- We do not accept returns for incorrect ordering.
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund items that:
- Arrive damaged
- Arrive defective
- Are incorrect due to our error
To request a replacement or refund:
- Use our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us via our Contact Us page, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
